2. sighting
We check your application documents and compare them with various criteria and the applications of other candidates.
3. interview
We invite you to visit us in Bünde so that we can get to know each other personally. Here we will ask you a few questions about yourself and your professional career so far. We are also looking forward to answering your questions!
4. trial work
After the interview, there is the possibility of a trial workday, during which we can get to know you better and give you an insight into our company. It is important to us that not only we have a good feeling, but that you also feel comfortable in your new environment.
5. offer
If we think we are a good fit, we will make you an offer in the form of an employment contract.
6. anticipation
Once we have concluded the employment contract, the anticipation begins. We will set up your workplace and make all the preparations so that you can start directly and stress-free on your first working day with us.
